I was a math teacher when I was at the different small Eric towns in the country here and I still like to emphasize the importance of math and I still like to emphasize some of the things that I thought were quite interesting and some of the things that he still yet people don’t understand and some of our native teachers I had a hard time I had a you know that’s a the thing is that people don’t quite I was new to the system when I first came here and you think I was trying to I was trying to convince a group of classroom Indian teachers that say you can’t divide by zero and I had a hard time convincing them even though I went you usually you know went through the whole process of what division was the defendant the definition of the division and then how you check them race you know if I were if I were a white man standing up there I would have been fine I would have convinced them but being that I was from here I had a hard time convincing them so that’s that’s that was a problem for me when I first came here back in the 1960s
