05 Joel Josie Lawrence: Teach By Example
Watch this interview on YouTubePeople I always feel number one is teaching by example and that’s what I tell my our leaders you guys are the leaders here the example you gotta show us like today we had a board meeting comes the chairman of that board that column because of the Chairman or like when I run a here doesn’t mean I know everything I need you guys help that’s a board to help me that I’ll lead in a good way the best way I can for the elders in the same way mine a group I try to lead them in a way a is not for me only or for them once we get into aids or in sobriety we have to give it’s not for us to keep what do we get that we give it away to the other people and one thing I always say if one person stays over and within with no time with in with our time if we have one person staying sober one person could drug with in waste our time so these are kind of things I talked about mm-hmm maybe sometimes they get harder here in maybe I’ll never give up
