Watch this interview on YouTubeSo I talked a lot about social media so what do we have we have YouTube I think a lot of people it’s YouTube and then there’s all those other apps and so on i guess i watch so youtube a lot i can only speak from my perspective but i tell you i watch a lot of positive hard driving goal-setting kinds of people on youtube in the morning you know i wake up in the morning there’s one i really like they said yeah the universe likes the law of attraction but they like a good help but it likes a good hustle more you know another one is you know another one that god helps those who help themselves or the creator helps those who help themselves you know so in the in the generations that i grew up we learned you know pull yourself up by your own bootstraps but i under i recognize that the generations now may not be getting that and not be may not being modeled from their parents or their grandparents or whatever because there might be a lot of dysfunction it could be whatever alcoholism abuse of all kinds whatever poverty doesn’t matter what it is well nowadays we don’t have to look directly at them we can go to social media and that’s what i do i mean i’ve been through the mill i’ve been kicked in the teeth and it never ends and i’m here to say it doesn’t matter how old you are that stuff never ends so you always have to look to you know that’s what i’m saying you can’t be the smartest person the brightest person in the room you’ve gotta find mentors you have to find elders if you’re not around elders you have to find it somewhere and i go to youtube a lot I mean I do talk to family members and stuff but as far as being inspired and motivated I go to youtube a lot and I find people that key into that IKEA do we don’t key into the same people but there’s so much good stuff on like YouTube for example you can find a handful of folks that you can listen to and you listen to them all the time turn in the morning I turn on people that I want to listen to and get me going get me motivate and get me over my you know like we all have pity parties we all do we may go to bed feeling not that great like I said put your victim to bed you got to wake up with your hero in the morning and if you don’t not feeling it because not everybody does I don’t feel like a hero when I get up in the morning but I turn on you know I try to turn on good motivating inspiring folks and not listen to the you know the negative even music you know our bodies were just like Earth Mother our bodies are 70 percent water and 30 percent matter right same as Mother Earth where reflection at birth mother I don’t know if you ever heard of that experiment were they the monks or folks sent good vibes to a glass of water and it changed the molecular structure of the water okay they did that with a glass of water we are 70% water and if we don’t think that what we think and what we hear what comes in and what people tell us or what we pay attention to on television or even in music you know just the negative even the gossip you know the negative stuff going on around is that you’re hearing and are you contributing to that anyway and even what we tell ourselves we are impacting ourselves we are 70% water if they can in impact and influence the molecular structure of water just by sending it good thoughts praying for it meditating in a good way what can we do for ourselves and what can we do for those around us and so I you know I really believe in that so I really believe in staying you know trying to listen to good inspiring positive kinds of somebody telling me get your behind moving you know that kind of stuff I mean because we all need help with that I you know we all get stuck or whatever or you know you’re doing alright you make mistakes that’s okay dust yourself off back on that horse you know it’s alright and no matter what age you are you know I’m pushing 60 it doesn’t matter how old you are you still have to hear those messages you know until you die yeah until you die and so I encourage people no matter what age you are you go there and get it find it yeah
