I think on the primary challenges is that the majority of students that we serve right now it’s about 70% of our low-income first-generation students they’re their folks have never gone to college that grand folks never go to college they’re their first of their generation and so what happens they don’t really have that foundation that maybe phone is somebody that remote that’s coming from a family whose call it education and are coming in cold as individuals and that’s hard to do especially when your support system is not knowledgeable and where you’re going down and what in that role that you’re taking and so you end up having a you know kind of break that ground yourself so I think it’s important for a tribal colleges and non tribal colleges to recognize that within their systems and to make sure that their if they have the whole a student and for a year or two that they’re coming into those system to take them mentor them nurture them in order to get them through there successfully so that they have the couple different things at the college that but one is the ficial resources to go to school but most of them are eligible for because they’re low income but also the academic resources and support systems within this education system that if they’re having a hard time in regard to the academics that support system is there and inform a tutoring and mentorship to help them to achieve within the classroom I think those are the primary two challenges that have to be met
