Watch this interview on YouTubeWell for one thing I guess you with going to California you had a little more choice I guess of jobs you want it but I don’t know I’ve worked as a nurse’s aide and that was like a hospital is what I think they call it Devil’s Lake Hospital at that time I don’t even remember but so when I went to California of course I looked for a job as in a hospital and that’s when my sister’s husband he was a truck driver so he’d stop at a coffee shop he said I heard they’re hiring a lot of people in the hospital or they’re needing you know nurse aids or whoever you know that can work so then I did lend me their car so I drove down there and of course you had to take a test you know take a test before and if you pass it and they’ll they’ll offer you the job so I passed the test so I started working there until like it I think it had to be in Missy 60 I worked there till at least 65 but I didn’t mind it I well see working when at that time working in Devil’s Lake we got dollar an hour damn that was in 1960 and at this hospital in California we got 250 an hour so I said yeah that’s dollar 50 more an hour yeah and I think I brick till it got up to like 450 an hour and then that’s when I quit you know and stayed home
